Please note that for creating a desired fit, pattern and look of a product, alterations maybe required at your end.

In case the customer does not have access to local alteration facilities, SheBazaar Clothing recommends the use of the safer measurement options offered by it, in order to minimize any chances of error:

- Buy unstitched items from us and get them tailored by your personal stylist or boutique.

- Try to choose as shown options to minimize errors.

- Try to choose from standard sizes as given in our size chart as risk is more if you choose customization option.

- Send your best fitting garment as sample.

- Ask us to send you the dummy garment for the fittings & style approval before we start working on your original outfit or item.

PRODUCT RECEIVED IN DAMAGED CONDITION / MANUFACTURING DEFECT OR WRONG ITEM

On receipt, in case it is noticed that the outer packing of the product is damaged or tampered with, immediately verify the quality/quantity of the product against the invoice, before accepting the package from the courier agency. In case of any discrepancy, either refuse to accept delivery or accept delivery only after putting suitable remark on the proof of delivery. Customer should also lodge a proper complaint with the local office of the courier agency, so that SheBazaar Clothing may peruse the same in future, so as to avoid such occurrences in future.

In case of receipt of product in damaged condition or, with manufacturing defect or a wrong product has been received, kindly contact us at info@shebazaar.com, within 24 hours of receipt of product. 

Kindly retain all packaging materials and product until receipt of instructions of the SheBazaar Clothing regarding the same.

In case of any other complaints, email us at info@shebazaar.com, within 24 hours of receiving the product.

DO NOT return any product, before receiving confirmation from SheBazaar Clothing for the same. In case any product is returned without such confirmation, SheBazaar does not guarantee any credit or replacement of the product.

The email should contain comprehensive details of the defects/complaints of the single order/package delivery. Please note that SheBazaar Clothing shall examine the returned products for all such defects/variations, on the basis of the customer’s emails.

All defective products being returned to SheBazaar Clothing shall be done ONLY through registered airmail/courier.

All shipping costs of returning the defective products back to India over and above such amount paid by customer towards shipping charges while receiving the same from India are to be borne by the customer entirely.

All defective products ALONG WITH COPY OF INVOICE, ORIGINAL PACKING AND IN THE ORIGINAL CONDITION as sent to customer, shall have to be sent back to SheBazaar within ten (10) working days from receipt of confirmation for the same from SheBazaar.

Safe receipt of defective product by SheBazaar Clothing is sole responsibility of the customer.

While returning the defective product, kindly mark the package as ‘DEFECTIVE RETURNS’.

In case it is found on examination of product/invoice/order receipt that the error has occurred due to customer, then SheBazaar Clothing shall make the necessary modifications/alternations, AT THE COST OF THE CUSTOMER. In the rare circumstances when original fabric is unavailable for purpose of such alterations/modifications, SheBazaar may use plain fabric of the same color. CUSTOMER MAY HAVE TO BEAR THE COST OF SUCH REPLACEMENT FABRIC IN SUCH RARE CASES.

Please note that Stitched and Made-to-Order Goods are not covered in Return Policy.  Stitched Goods are not accepted nor replaced.

Returns on cash on delivery (COD) orders:
Buyers are requested to follow the below guidelines:1.  The buyer must intimate us about the cod returns within 24 hours of receipt of the order
2.  The order should be dispatched within 48 hours to our admin office after receiving confirmation from SheBazaar
3.  The shipping charges for returns has to be borne by the buyer
4.  The refund will be processed after receiving the product at our admin office in resellable condition
5.  The refund amount will be credited to buyer's bank account through cheque/cash after deducting 10% of order amount as  admin fees
Order Cancellations by the Customer:
In case, we receive a cancellation notice from you within 48-Hrs of placing the order and the order has not been processed by us, we will cancel the order and refund the amount  to you after deducting 10% of order amount as admin fees. We will not be able to cancel those orders that have already been processed by us. You agree not to dispute the decision made by SheBazaar and accept SheBazaar's decision regarding the cancellation.
